TECHNIQUES, APPROACHES, & METHODOLOGIES

Curiosity and preparation drive my approach to the work as an actor or writer. Beyond that, I borrow from great collaborators and learn and grow as I go.

Susan has written three pilots, MEAN SECRETARY, FOGGIA, and HALF LIGHT. Her screenplay, adapted from her play, THE FALL (director Julie Ann Emery, starring Carrie Preston), is currently in development.
"Watching Ferrara play the emotionally drained and depressed Aline Solness was like witnessing what it must have been like to see Kim Stanley in Anton Chekhov's The Three Sisters or Laurette Taylor in Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie." - Ibsen News
