The Artist Residency: This isn’t a traditional rehearsal process—it’s a creative lab. Over the course of a week, artists participate in + Workshops led by Jeremy Williams and Heather Dupree + Peer-to-peer learning across teams  + Ongoing mentorship from experienced co-producers + A devised process that invites experimentation, co-creation, and dialogue Artists will be supported from idea to performance, with space to explore, question, and invent. The Performance & Public Dialogue: The residency culminates in a public performance of three works-in-process—each a bold, unique interpretation of the same story with an individual twist. Then the lights come up. We gather for a facilitated conversation between artists and audiences. No talkbacks here—this is shared reflection, where audience insights shape the experience and explore their own creative imaginations.
