Consulting & Leadership Support
Practices for change, reflection, and equity.
With over 25 years of experience as a cultural leader, educator, and facilitator, I support organizations, artists, and community-based teams through moments of growth, transition, and reimagining. My consulting practice is rooted in equity, care, and collaboration—centering people, relationships, and context over quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions.
â
Whether you're building deeper relationships with audiences, navigating a leadership transition, or clarifying your long-term impact, I bring an artist’s mindset and a deep commitment to inclusive, values-aligned practice. Every engagement is designed to meet your goals while honoring the lived experiences and wisdom already present in your community.
All services are offered on a flat-fee basis, tailored to your project’s goals, scope, and timeline. Proposals include a set number of hours for planning, facilitation, preparation, and follow-up—so you know exactly what’s included. If the work shifts or expands, additional hours can be added at an hourly rate, which will be clearly outlined in your proposal.
â
My pricing model is designed with access and equity in mind, with flexible structures that meet the needs of large institutions, grassroots groups, and individual artists alike.
