Movement Mondays: Explore, Dance, Connect

Looking for a unique way to connect with movement and nature? Join us every Monday this May and June for Movement Mondays, a weekly gathering for movers and dancers of all backgrounds and experience levels. Led by director/choreographer Jeremy Williams, each session is an invitation to embark on a journey of self-expression and discovery.

Every week, we'll meet at a different location in Central Arkansas along the scenic Arkansas River. From lush green parks to breathtaking riverfront vistas, each site offers a new canvas for exploration. Through improvised movement, we'll immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings, letting the landscape inspire our creativity.

Movement Mondays is part meditation, part art, and part learning through improvisation. It's an opportunity to deepen your connection with your body, your environment, and your fellow participants. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or simply curious about movement, you're welcome to join us. Participation is free, but donations are welcome to support our efforts. We suggest a class price of $10, but please contribute what feels right for you.
